Who Created EasyPath
EasyPath brought to you by the clever team at Signify.
At Signify we manage a lot of servers for clients and also manage websites on hosted systems, like the SilverStripe Cloud. During Covid, we had a brainwave and some of our clever people got together to build New Zealand's only dedicated URL Redirector.
A common issue we have to deal with is managing redirects for alternative domain names for a site. This is usually done in a transparent way with no visibility to anyone other than server administrators. For a system like SilverStripe Cloud there is no easy way to manage this, you can make it work via htaccess files, but that is not an ideal approach to take.
Signify wanted to give the control for these redirects to our clients. We think this will be so useful that we want to give this control to everyone with a domain.
